James began his insurance career over 20 years ago working as a sales professional in an independent agency. His professional experience includes a unique combination of business, financial, insurance and non profits. James is also an owner in a successful Texas insurance agency.
James has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insurance Counselor and Investment Advisor. James is also a Collaborative Divorce Financial Counselor, helping couples/families understand, communicate and negotiate for their mutual best interests.
James and his brother Jeff are the founders of Agents Alliance with a vision of creating a true solution for insurance agency owners by providing consultative answers for their everyday challenges. For those who seek increasing revenue, better contingencies, sounder operations practices and staffing solutions, the Agents Alliance team has a proven track record and measurable results.

Greg joined Agents Alliance Services in January of 2016 to grow Agents Alliance and expand our national footprint. Greg spent 13 years managing agency relationships for Travelers Insurance and prior to that was a District Manager for Farmers Insurance. His experience on the carrier side and managing captive agents give him the knowledge and expertise needed to help agents make the transition from being a captive agent to the independent channel.

Eric Robertson comes to us with more than 14 years of sales and management experience in a variety of different fields including Insurance and Financial Services. Eric holds a bachelors degree from ASU though he is from Ohio and an avid Buckeye. In addition, he holds a current P&C, life, health and was prior 6 &63 licensed.

Kristen is the newest addition to the Agents Alliance family. Born and raised in Mustang Oklahoma she attended Oklahoma State University and previously worked as an executive manager in the hotel industry. Kristen has lived in Texas since 2002 and is an avid hunter, fisher, and lover of all things outdoors. When she's not busy being an adrenaline junkie she enjoys spending time with her two boys and Labrador Retriever named Clancy!
